Help Save Childrens Heart Surgery Unit (http://www.chsf.org.uk)

 So on Saturday me and Ash went to Leeds to promote his CD and there was this big adorable bear......ok I lie big scary bear as I HATE things in costumes but sure it was a nice guy under the suit really LOL anyway it was trying to entice people to sign a petition to keep the Childrens heart surgery Unit at the Yorkshire Heart Centre in Leeds open as it is at risk of closure so of course we signed it and then Ash FORCED me to have the pic taken! So I thought i'd share it on my blog as thought some of my lovely followers would like to help a good cause


The unit provides specialist surgery and care to children and if it closed, hundreds of children who require life-saving surgery each year would have to travel long distances, possibly hundreds of miles to another facility. This could put their lives in greater jeopardy.

It would also cause severe distress for the patients and their families, and would see the end of a great team of spcialist surgeons and experienced nurses, who have worked so hard to provide unrivalled service and care.

The Childrens Heart Surgery Unit MUST remain open.
