Easy but glam daytime look in a hurry!!!

Anyway look past the ghostly paleness. This was my daytime look today for a shopping trip!!

It is my most frequent look too, it takes you from day to night too

Firstly the full product list I used:

*Sleek Twist Up Lip Pencil (654 Pink Rose)

*Collection 2000 Blush (04 Trouble)

First of all I applied concealer and foundation to even out all my skin, then I applied the maybelline golden sand colour which is a neutral matt colour all over my eyelid right up to the brow again to even skin out, and filled in my eyebrows with the Rimmel brow pencil. I used no tools for the eye make up in this look so using my finger loaded up the black colour in the Original Sleek pallette and smudged it to the outer corner of my eye as you spread it the colour smokily fades anyway as your using the product up so it should just be darker at the outer corners, add a bit more just 'dabbing' on if its not dark enough and smudge and blend with your finger again.

 Next pretty simple just use the Collection 2000 extreme felt tip liner and flick slightly out, I left the waterline make up free, for a more smoky look you could though, It was my first time using the felt tip liner, I really liked it though it as great staying power and went on fairly easy but it was a bit shaky so I went over it with my pencil black kohl liner from Rimmel just to neaten it up, then add a few coats of mascara the W7 one I used is really cheap but actually pretty good, I particularly love the animal print packaging!

 Moving onto lips I moisturised them with my favourtie Carmex lipbalm (the cherry one) then I lined them with the Sleek Lip Liner, then to fill in I used the Playboy Gloss not sure where you can get this now, I just thought it was so cute it has a mini playboy bunny on the top of the wand, and I got it in a discount makeup store.

 For my cheeks I used the Collection 2000 blush in 'Trouble' a lovely coral bronzy colour, it has quite a sheey coverage as this photo doesn't necessarily pick it up but I likey!

Easy done!!! No tools apart from my blush brush for the blusher and good old fingers LOL

sleek online 50% off sale......until midnight :-)

So from 12midday-12midnight sleek are offering 50% off everything on their website,  and also launching the new make up brush set which i've heard costs (£80/$120) and doing a special of 10 eyedusts for £10. Now as expected the site is majorly messing up!! Orders not been taken, carts emptying, not registering, not loading, etc! I've been on the site since 1pm managed to register and pop a mascara in my basket.....yes thats it ONE mascara lol! But I do feel for sleek who are getting quite a lot of abuse from their supposed fans who aren't happy!! I think everyone needs to chill out, im not happy but I still love sleek and understand it is not their fault, just poor servers, go like the facebook fan page for 'Sleek Makeup' and under the notes tab are all the discount codes for different parts of the world,

EDIT: The sale will be extended for 24hrs due to the problems that have occured, the site is currently down now (18.00GMT ) but a notice on fbook says it should be back up soon and all the glitches should be ironed out and we should finally be able to view the new brush set and eyedust offer!! Yaay!!

To fringe or to not?!

Well when I was younger I always had a fringe that I hated as this was the day before flat irons, and all the other styling tools and my thick hair was a nightmare!! I grew it out when I was about 13 and always had a sort of side fringe and then it kept growing and growing and grew out, occassionally I trimmed the sides so it would be a long side fringe again but then a few months back I hacked away bored one day and turned it into a full fringe, not a very thick one but still a real one LOL, Its now started growing so i've pushed it to the side and its a side fringe once again but at abit of an awkward stage as its not long enough to stay out my face completely and is driving me mad!

I cant decided whether to leave it and let it grow more......leave it let it grow abit more and then keep it trimmed as a side fringe.......or go for it and trim it all and put the full fringe back in?

Decisions decisions!!!

So you can see the first image is me with my hair clipped up at the back but with the 'side long fringe', the middle image is a cropped modelling pic with 'no fringe' and the 3rd last image is me the day after I cut the 'full fringe' in with my baby LOL who seems unimpressed by me haha!!

So now im stuck :-s HELP!

I thought well I have babbled on for how long and not got many personal pics apart from a few modelling ones of me on my very first post and as this blog is meant to be also about my world in general and not just beauty and make up and all that jazz I would post a few pics of fun times I have had and my friends!

This is me and my lovely friend Linda who is from Latvia and now moved to another town but we still are going to have some nights out, the first was taken at the beginning of the year sometime, my first time managing to get false lashes on, Linda is legendary at individual eyelashes im useless and the second was about a year ago not long after we first met when we both worked at Boots!

Next photo is from Summer this year at a BBQ my friend Adam had at his house, which was a good fun night,I was so cold I had adams coat on whilst Ash is next to me all warm in his LOL (he wasn't offering that!!) Please don't judge my headband ha ha ha.

Neeext is one of my fave pics as it as all of me and my girls in (bouncer took it LOL) from L-R there is me, nicole, ena, kim and kirsty - all GORGEOUSNESS!!

This one us having so much jokes with a moet bottle LOL was at Oracle in Leeds at the bacardi white party, (clues in the title you wear white but i bought a RED dress without thinking and on the day it clicked and I had to run around the shops last minute hahaha) I liked my white dress better in the end, this is me and adam

Then me and Ash, this is the same party where Tinchy Stryder and Professor Green were out partying as we were VIPs due to one of the modelling agencies I am with, (theres a pic of us with the lovely tinchy on my first blog post)

This is me at a Recent photoshoot in Kent which has the most amazing shoe closet EVERRRRRRRR they were all gorgeous oh my god I wanted to live there haha

Next a major throwback picture look  how short my hair was (never again although I loved it then LOL) this was summer of 2007 so over 3years ago now, can't believe I was only 18 then it feels a lifetime ago now.

Lastly me on Valentines day this year with my bear which now lives in my bedroom which matches the red colour theme!! A great day :-)


So hope you have enjoyed a few of my piccies, This year has been great for modelling and everything and I have loads of amazing modelling pics to share soon but theres nothing better than personal pics that are memories of important days or fun nights that you can never replace or get back! Cherish your friends and family you never know whats around the corner. I LOVE you all my friends and fam!
